Internship diaries @M.N DASTUR

Ahh at last back to my sweet home after a 28 days of adventure. i got an golden opportunity to be associated with M.N DASTUR & Co , KOLKATA , a prestigious consultancy firm. On 15th July i joined there as an intern. it was my first outing , totally alone !!!! so initially i was a bit nervous. i felt as if i was totally marooned !!! but once i became engaged in my work things changed quickly. i was in Electrical Department under the guidance of Ms. Kamalika Bhatterjee. My guide was a workaholic stubborn person, but she guided me very well, under her guidance i learned,i discovered many facts and concepts related to my favorite subjects machine and power system. first two days i spend a lot reading manuals, journals and various tech magazines. then i started taking up the challenging job of designing of a  power distributing system. not only it was fantastic but i proved my mettle in it. the office time was 9am to 5:30pm. the office environment was fantastic with good cordial relationship between superiors and juniors. study-job-study :this was my mantra for a month!! (ha ha , even i don't study like this during  my semesters). anyway  it was a nice experience... my heartiest thnxxx to Him  and all my well wishers including my HOD sir,and my respected  GUIDE ....
